RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our facility. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement.
We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in an unused, sellable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging. This is valid if the product you received is damaged or has an issue with it. The product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Missing items, wrong order, expired product or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We only offer exchanges; we do not offer any refunds or store credit.
Only products bought from the SWARA BLISS OFFICIAL website can be returned to us. We will not accept returns of products bought from third party websites or physical stores.
Please raise a request/ write a email at Swarablissnatural@swarabliss.com . Please allow one – two weeks for your return to be processed, it will need to be vetted by our customer service team. You will receive a call or an email once your return is processed.
Terms and conditions:
- All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
- Each item can only be exchanged once.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded. They will be borne by the customer. Only in case of damages will the company be responsible. The video needs to be accompanied or any damage during opening of the package.
- All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
- All essentials and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items bought on sale are final – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.
- We will not exchange opened or used products.
- If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. The difference will not be refunded. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.
- Please note: Although we have tried to accurately show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.
- Due to the current situation you might expect a delay in the refund. Our refunds can take up-to 7 working days basis your bank/payment method working.
